Block 3 ends on fireee!!!

Block Three saw us focus on organising skills. We studied 1:1's, base building, structuring teams and power analysis. We also realised that our goal of buying a building to have a safe zone is ambitious and long term. We decided to focus on a smaller community programme that would meet the needs of the homeless community now; a casework drop-in aka outreach with information! We practised role setting and task delegation and plan to get this drop-in up and running by the week starting July 1st. Watch this space!
